SVC-01 · Design to hand-over

From the First Drawing to Hand-Over

Precision engineering, single-point accountability, regulatory delivery. With more than 21 years in pharma and biopharma, we run cleanroom facilities and complex engineering projects end to end, from conception to hand-over, on time and within budget.

Scope

What We Manage

The Protechtiv team takes responsibility for the engineering of the project, from the first review of user needs to the day production takes over.

  • 01Conceptual planning, basic design and URS definition for clean rooms, production facilities and laboratories
  • 02Vendor selection, infrastructure procurement, and construction supervision with the architects and contractors
  • 03Installation and commissioning of machinery: production equipment, packaging lines and autoclaves, mechanical and custom-built equipment
  • 04Integration of production machines, support systems, automated controls (HMI/BMS) and IT infrastructure, adapted to your process
  • 05Working with the machine suppliers from specification to acceptance
  • 06Process cycle development
  • 07GxP qualification of equipment, utilities and rooms
  • 08Hand-over, with documentation ready for QA release
Turnkey model

An Integrator, Not a Contractor

We work as a project management and engineering integrator under a turnkey management model (EPCCm). We take full operational and commercial accountability for every milestone, and bridge the gap between R&D and full-scale production.

250-500 m²Laboratory spaces, from first design and planning
3,000 m²Advanced cleanrooms, built and handed over

Why it matters

Validation Is Planned From Day One

Requirements are written so they can be tested. That saves the rework that comes from qualifying a facility designed without QA in the room.

Single source

One Team Owns the Gaps

Between the architect, the HVAC contractor, the equipment supplier and QA, someone has to own the whole. That is our job.

Hands-on

Engineers on Site

Our engineers are on site through installation, integration, commissioning and qualification. They know what the equipment does, not only what the documents say.
