We Know What It Takes to Finish a Project

Our engineers bring more than 21 years of specialized experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, overseeing large cleanroom facilities and complex engineering projects from conception to completion. Since 2015 we have expanded into the design and management of chemical, microbiological and specialized laboratories, including for the food-tech and medical cannabis sectors.

We work as a project management and engineering integrator, not as a construction contractor. We bridge the gap between R&D and full-scale production, and take full operational and commercial accountability from conceptual planning to hand-over.

Shlomi Avraham

Founder & CEO, Senior Engineering Consultant

More than 20 years of engineering leadership, CQV and regulatory compliance in biopharma, medical devices (Class II and III), medical cannabis and food-tech. Since founding Protechtiv in 2015 he has led turnkey facility projects from URS, basis of design and DQ through construction supervision and PQ, including the 6,000 m² Mapi Pharma site, the 4,000 m² cleanroom plant in Hangzhou and an EU-GMP facility in South Africa. He leads CSV for ERP and track & trace systems under GAMP 5, Part 11 and Annex 11, and has prepared and defended FDA and EU notified body audits. Certified ISO 13485 Lead Auditor. Earlier, senior engineering and facility project roles at Omrix (Johnson & Johnson), Perrigo (formerly Agis) and CTS. B.A. in Industrial Management.

Yossi Surik

Senior Validation Engineer, Shipping Validation Expert

More than 17 years in validation for pharma and medical devices, specializing in shipping validation, cold chain and temperature control. Since 2022 he has led end-to-end validation at Omrix (Johnson & Johnson) for Protechtiv, and he teaches Protechtiv's shipping validation course at BioForum. Earlier, validation engineer at Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Alex Khanimov

Validation Manager, Track & Trace SME

Pharmaceutical engineer with more than ten years in C&Q for pharma and medical devices. At Protechtiv since 2016, he leads full-lifecycle qualification of ISO cleanrooms, critical utilities (WFI, RO, pure steam, clean compressed air, nitrogen) and process equipment, from autoclaves and dry heat sterilizers to filling and blister lines. He is our subject matter expert for serialization and aggregation, from URS to vision system qualification. Earlier, validation engineer at Rafa Laboratories and Bio-Chem Engineering. Lilach Avraham

Operations & Administrative Director

Runs administration, operations and logistics at Protechtiv: day-to-day coordination between the teams, contact with clients and suppliers, and the logistics behind our projects in Israel and abroad. She came to Protechtiv after years managing leading law firms in Israel, where she ran operations, client relations and resources.
